Hello Future Cohort,

I'm looking to sublet my apartment at the Lark on Main for June and July (and you can sign for the following year term). Lark is a furnished apartment building right next to the UVA Hospital and an easy walk to campus. The unit is one bedroom of a 2 bedroom suite on the top floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there's a shared kitchen (which works well for baking in my opinion), living room, and washer/dryer. Furnishings include a bed, desk, and tv in each bedroom, and a couch, table, and big tv in the living room.

Your roommate would be a rising 4th year at UVA who is also a premed (but taking the boring undergrad route, not the exciting post-bac route). He already took the MCAT (got a 524, so you can ask him tons of questions about how he achieved that), and scribes in the ER so he has some pretty interesting stories about that.

If you plan to volunteer at the hospital, it is literally a 2 minute walk door to door, which can't be beat. The view is beautiful, and there are plenty of extremely close delicious food options.

The Lark has a dedicated study area, gym, yoga room, golf simulator, and pool. Rent would be $1095 a month.
